The HT-HX51-LDU is engineered for manufacturers producing large tablets that require high compression force without sacrificing output. As part of the HATA Easy Clean Press Series, this 51-station double-sided rotary tablet press is designed to deliver industrial-strength compression in demanding pharmaceutical production environments. With a maximum compression force rating of 15 metric tons and continuous operating capability of 5 metric tons pre-compression and 10 metric tons main compression, the HT-HX51-LDU is built to handle large round or shaped tablets with stability and control. The press utilizes D-size tooling with a 1.5 inch die and 1.0 inch punch barrel, supporting tablet diameters up to 25 mm (1 inch) and fill depths up to 18 mm. Operating at normal speeds between 15 and 50 RPM, the HT-HX51-LDU produces between 91,800 and 306,000 tablets per hour depending on compression force, tablet size, and granulation characteristics. A pitch circle diameter of 735 mm and a high-torque drive system provide stable power transmission under high-load conditions. The patented HATA controlled feeding system supports uniform die filling, while Easy Clean design features improve accessibility for cleaning and changeover. Optional layer capability is available for manufacturers requiring two-layer tablet production.
