The HT-CVX-MSU is designed for manufacturers who require high-speed production within a single-sided rotary configuration. With turret options of 32 D, 38 B, or 45 BB stations, the HT-CVX-MSU delivers output up to 270,000 tablets per hour depending on tooling and operating speed. A maximum compression force of 80 kN and continuous operating force of 60 kN allow stable compression across a wide range of pharmaceutical tablet sizes and formulations. The press features HATA’s patented closed two-stage feeding system, engineered to reduce weight variation and support consistent die filling. A large pitch circle diameter and robust drive system maintain stability at operating speeds between 15 and 60 RPM.
