We have expertise on most blister packaging machines on the market, but because accuracy is critical we take careful steps to ensure a proper fit for your tools. First, we engineer tooling by measuring an existing set of your tools using a CMM machine. We can either do that in house, or use a portable CMM arm to measure tooling at your facility. Precise measurements allow us to guarantee the fit of the tooling we build, as we strive for no errors on every tooling delivery. Second, all our blister tooling is delivered with a detailed 100% inspection report to assure you get quality tooling. Furthermore, we can accompany the installation of our tooling to make certain everything is working satisfactorily. If our customers experience a problem, we react quickly and take the necessary steps to make certain that the issue is corrected and will not reoccur on future tooling orders.

Tooling
We can provide a complete set of blister tools for your new product needs. We have the engineering capabilities in house to model in 3D new blister cards, design blister pockets and determine required change parts for every machine station from forming to cutting. New sets of tools can be delivered in as fast as 6 weeks. We offer blister packaging tooling for pharmaceutical tablets and capsules - in North America and in Europe.

We have 20 years of experience designing and building feeders that match the needs to the tablet shape and the blister machine. We offer years of expertise to help eliminate or avoid those annoying feeding problems! Our experiences have led us to build customized feeders designed for both continuous motion and intermittent machines.

Patented Combo Feeder
We would like to present a new innovative feeder for blister machines called the Combo Feeder. The Combo Feeder facilitates easy switching of distribution formats including any of the above by centralizing the controls and mechanical drive. It increases the productivity of the blister machine by reducing the time required for product change over, setup and cleaning which makes it an ideal solution for packaging departments with frequent batch changes. When new tablet requirements arise shared housings, and efficient design make change parts less expensive than other common feeders. Interchangeability of distribution formats and common parts allow the Combo Feeder to easily and quickly accommodate the specific needs of new tablet shapes.
