Viswill Tablet Inspection System

The Elizabeth Companies are pleased to represent the Viswill Tablet Inspection Systems. These Tablet Inspection Systems are proven machines with more than 30 years of experience and more than 500 installations worldwide.

Viswill has two versions of Tablet inspection machines. The TVIS-EX3 system is a high-speed (up to 350,000 tablets per hour) and high accuracy tablet inspection system (down to 50 micron). This system can be utilized for 100% inspection of each lot or it can also be used as a Batch Saver system with easy changeover and cleaning capabilities. This system was designed for the very strict inspection criteria of the Japanese tablet market but has also been updated with easy programming and new User Friendly software capabilities that allow for a more relaxed criteria required by this market.

The second system is the TVIS-AS-C6 Batch Saver system. This system utilizes a color scan camera that allows for the more difficult inspection of speckled products in the nutraceutical industry. This system can inspect up to 130,000 tablets per hour and has a 100 micron inspection capability.
