The Hata CVX Single Sided Interchangeable Turret Tablet Press gives you all the features you need in a medium production interchangeable turret tablet press - - plus our patented closed 2-stage feeding system! The CVX MSU features an easy clean design for quick parts removal and rapid change-overs. A patented design featuring locking pins and thumb screws drastically reduce the number of tools required to disassemble and clean this tablet press. Additionally a reduced number of parts and less weight in heavier press components makes changeover and maintenance even easier!

A portable user-friendly kiosk control provides access to the Windows based software interface. The software control system comes integrated with context sensitve help text to make press operation simple and understandable.

Hata's patented closed 2-stage feeding system virtually eliminates tablet weight variation! Granulation is drawn from the primary material hopper into the Hata supply hopper, and then to the “closed” non-recirculating feed shoe in two stages. This system allows the computer to monitor and control the rate at which the powder is being fed into both the Hata supply hopper and the feed shoe. This ensures a consistent flow of granulation with minimal density variation.

This single sided tablet press model is available with 32, 38 or 45 stations and is designed for medium volume production. Also available is a double sided tablet press model in 45, 55 or 65 stations for high volume production needs.
