Spare Turret with Cams and Tooling Installed

The CVX features easy access for maintenance, turret, and parts removal and complete manual Wash-in-Place cleaning. Our Easy Clean design features locking pins and thumb screws for a quick and easy no tool disassembly. In addition, a low number of lightweight parts and components makes changeover and maintenance faster than ever.

Operator Interface Terminal

A portable user-friendly kiosk control provides access to the Windows based software interface. The software control system comes integrated with context sensitive help text to make press operation simple and understandable.

Turret Installation Screen

Hata's patented closed 2-stage feeding system virtually eliminates tablet weight variation! Granulation is drawn from the primary material hopper into the Hata supply hopper, and then to the “closed” non-recirculating feed shoe in two stages.

This system allows the computer to monitor and control the rate at which the powder is being fed into both the Hata supply hopper and the feed shoe. This ensures a consistent flow of granulation with minimal density variation.

The double-sided model with 45, 55, or 65 stations is designed for high volume tablet production needs.
The single sided model is available in 32, 38 or 45 stations and is designed for medium volume tablet production.
