For large-volume tablet production, chose the Hata high-output, double-sided,
automated tablet press available with 55, 65, 71, or 77 stations. Tablets
produced on both sides of the press can be discharged from the front,
eliminating the need for two sets of tableting accessories or double
handling of tablets. The tablet tester alternates sampling from
one side of the press to the other.
Any double-sided tablet press can be converted easily to conventional two-sided discharge to suit individual preference or to accommodate larger tablets. In addition, the cams and feeding system can be modified with available optional components to convert the double-sided press to a single-sided press for two-layer tablet production ranging from 900 to 3550 tablets per minute.
